Temi Nkem has won Big Brother Naija Season 11 ‘Show Ya Sef’ edition

The 21 year old model, whose real name is Temitope Chigbue, was declared winner during the live grand finale on Sunday, October 4, 2026, taking home the N160 million grand prize after 70 days in Biggie’s house.

Temi, who was born and raised in London, beat fellow finalists Aikou and Sheba to clinch the title. She secured 25.87 percent of the final votes, while Aikou polled 23.68 percent to emerge first runner-up and Sheba polled 9.80 percent as second runner-up.

The finale night began with nine finalists, Aikou, Barry, Bluethopia, Flora, Oyin, Ricky, Sheba, Temi Nkem and Tram,  after the disqualification of Keivo for violent conduct days earlier. The show had started the season with 24 housemates on July 26, 2026.

One after another, the finalists were evicted on finale night. Barry was the first to exit in 9th place, followed by Oyin in 8th, Ricky in 7th, Flora in 6th and Tram in 5th. Bluethopia was evicted next to finish as third runner-up in 4th place, leaving Aikou, Sheba and Temi as the final three.

Host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu then announced Sheba as second runner-up, leaving Aikou and Temi on stage before Temi Nkem was finally declared winner amidst confetti and cheers.

Her journey was one of the most talked-about this season. Before entering the house, she had described herself as very egotistical and arrogant, and admitted she could be very revengeful when her ego is hurt. She listed golfing, eating and walking as her hobbies. One of her most memorable moments was during a fake eviction twist alongside Ricky and Tram, where she famously shouted “Chakam” while exiting the house, a moment that went viral.

The season also featured twists like the Gambit format and the MIPOW (Most Influential Player of the Week), and several awards where Temi picked up humorous titles like “What Just Happened” and “Unpredictable.”

With her victory, Temi Nkem becomes the fifth female to win BBNaija after Mercy Eke, Phyna, Ilebaye and Imisi, and the youngest winner in the show’s history at 21, breaking the record previously held by Ilebaye Odiniya who won at 22.

As winner, she will take home the N160 million prize package comprising N90 million in cash, a brand new SUV worth about N60 million and other sponsored prizes. The grand finale night also featured live performances from Nigerian singers Teni and Oshamo.
